Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping Rates: We offer a flat shipping rate of $5, or free shipping on all orders over $50.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

 

How to Start a Return:

Email us at lowcountrylittlewear@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll respond with instructions and the return address.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus original shipping fees) within 5–7 business days.
