Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Lowcountry Littlewear! We do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly and beautifully packaged. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, such as sales or new launches, processing times may be extended by a few days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.99

  • Free Shipping: on orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before taxes)

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lowcountry Littlewear is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. We’re happy to assist in filing a claim where possible.

Preorders & Delays

If an item is marked preorder, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
If there’s an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll notify you via email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, email us at lowcountrylittlewear@gmail.com immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the U.S., but we hope to expand internationally soon!
