Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Lowcountry Littlewear! We do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly and beautifully packaged. Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Times

  • In-stock orders: Ship within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Personalized monogram orders: Please allow up to one additional week for customization before your order ships.
  • During sales, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.80
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes)

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier. Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days after they have been shipped, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

This reads a little more premium while also protecting you if USPS or UPS experiences delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lowcountry Littlewear is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. We’re happy to assist in filing a claim where possible.

Preorders & Delays

If an item is marked preorder, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
If there’s an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll notify you via email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, email us at lowcountrylittlewear@gmail.com immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before the order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the U.S., but we hope to expand internationally soon!
